At OK SIM, we strive to provide a seamless digital experience for global travelers. Since our products are digital eSIMs, certain conditions apply for refunds.
1. No Returns on Digital Products
Due to the nature of our product, once an eSIM is delivered via email or QR code, it cannot be returned.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- The eSIM was not delivered to your email within a reasonable time (usually within 15–30 minutes).
- The eSIM could not be activated due to a technical issue on our side, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
- The eSIM is not compatible with your device, and you did not use any data from the plan.
📌 Note: We strongly recommend checking your device’s eSIM compatibility before purchasing.
3. No Refunds Will Be Issued If:
- The eSIM has already been activated or used, even partially.
- The issue is due to device incompatibility, and the eSIM has already been delivered.
- You changed your mind after receiving the product.
- The eSIM was installed incorrectly against our provided instructions.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase with the following:
- Your order number
- Device model
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot or screen recording (if applicable)

5. Processing Time
Refunds will be reviewed within 3 business days. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
